How To Close Out The Year & Bring Intention To The New Year

Another year has come & gone. I love to reflect on the past year and set intentions for the coming year around this time annually. This mindset & gratitude practice helps me identify what went well this year, what didn’t go so well, and how to wake up on January 1st as my highest self. Although new year’s resolutions, specifically “new year, new me” is such an arbitrary term — you can’t deny that the end of the year is a great time for reflection & the start of a new year is a great time to start fresh.
