Today, I am telling you a little bit about my story + why I do what I do.
I didn’t hit rock bottom.
We all want to live our best life ever, be our best self, and ultimately make the most out of the ONE life we are given. #LivingMyBestLife. But it’s not as easy as it sounds. It’s simple but not easy.
But have you ever struggled with having a big dream + wanting more for your life but not taking action? Me too.
Have you ever struggled with taking too much action + feeling drained + getting no results from it? Yeah...also, me too.
For years I was a Delayed Dreamer. Yes, it’s exactly what it sounds like. I had big dreams in this life. I wanted to help millions of people. I wanted to write a book. I wanted to make lots of money. I wanted to go on lots of vacations. I listened to so many podcasts, read so many books, watched so many YouTube videos
Then I started taking action + was a Drained Do-It-Aller. Yes, that term is also what it sounds like. I was taking so much action + doing all the things I could. Checking all the things off my to-do list but was completely drained. In some ways, I was seeing results from all the action taking but mostly, I was just spinning my wheels.
I flipped flopped between these two identities for about 8 years. I would play the someday game with my dreams, finally take action, burn out, then take a bunch of time off just dreaming, back to action, burn out, etc. The least fun game I’ve ever played.
I kept thinking a rock bottom would happen, it didn’t and I kept repeating this cycle about 3-4x.
Some of my struggles:
To be honest, I don’t have a ton of specific examples of me struggling because life was a blur back then. Unfortunately, I don’t remember much.
My life looked good on paper but I was unfulfilled, drained, and worst of all, unhappy.
"It’s not in the cards for me." "I can’t be one of those people."
You know, those ‘happy all the time’ people. The people who are crushing their goals, working hard but still have time for self-care, feel amazing while doing it, all the things. I know, it seems like a myth when we’re in the thick of it, but it’s not...I promise.
I just kept thinking, I can’t do it.
LIGHTBULB MOMENT
I flipped the question. HOW CAN I live my best life, be my best self, and make the most of this ONE life I am given? HOW CAN I do this AND ALSO make these big scary dreams happen?
The biggest realization, I couldn’t do it all, but I could have it all.
I also realized this was not my unique story but instead this is the story of us as a society.
I decided I was done reacting to the problems, downfalls, and the life I didn’t want. I set out to actively pursue the life I did want, the one I would be absolutely in love with. I intentionally curated every aspect of my life + business so that I felt aligned and fully alive every single day.
And now…
I am clear on my vision of what I want for my life so I can avoid the unfulfillment or comparison trap.
I have upleveled my identity to match my best life so that my thoughts work for me + not against me + I have the energy to live life + work towards my dreams instead of feeling tired or drained. #NoMoreAfternoonSlumps
I have aligned my every day with what matters most so I am now one of those people who truly LOVES every day.
I have created simple success systems to ensure I keep moving forward at a sustainable pace to avoid burnout.
This kind of life DOES in fact exist. It just takes intention and work to get there. I know because I myself got there through a LOT of trial and error (which I continue to experience and learn from because your best life is an ever-evolving target.) It’s hard work but it’s work worth doing because it leads you to a life you love. Remember, we get ONE.
I can confidently say that I have created a life I absolutely love every single day + I am crushing my goals.
And of course, in true achiever fashion, I made this into a teachable + repeatable framework that people can implement themselves to see the exact same transformation.

Looking back, I felt that I needed to hit a rock bottom to make a change because after all, those are the stories you hear about on social media + everywhere. Life was ‘okay’ so why make this big change? And in waiting around for my rock bottom to happen, it never did. All that happened was I wasted precious time spending my days doing unfulfilling work.
I’d be lying if I said I was completely emotionally over all those mistakes.
While it’s true that if none of that happened I wouldn’t be doing what I’m doing today: helping people get unstuck + get going on their dreams + helping people overcome this drained lifestyle of chasing happiness + success through checking some boxes on a to-do list.
I’m thankful for my story because it made me who I am today + I’ve successfully been able to help over 146 people live more aligned + fulfilled lives, but it still stings sometimes. Deep. Deep in the feels.
And that’s okay. It’s okay to not feel okay about our past sometimes, but it’s not okay to let it stop us from the happiness + success of our present + future.
