I was skeptical when AI showed up, and I was slow to adopt because I wanted to see how it played out. It's here now, built into nearly every platform you already pay for, and there's no avoiding it. So you might as well hop on the train, do it in an ethical way, and save yourself a lot of time.
My major AI rule is that it will never touch the part people pay you for. That's the part that makes you you, your point of view stays yours, your frameworks stay yours, and your client relationships stay yours. Doing AI this way is what will protect your reputation and integrity.

Do I need to be techy to do this?+
Nope. Everything is step by step with tutorials, and the live calls exist so you don't get stuck in real time.
Is it self paced or live?+
Both! The content is self paced and drips over the 8 weeks. And this round includes 8 live group calls with me, one every Tuesday, with the cohort running August 24 through October 16.
How much time will this take?+
Plan on 3-6 hours a week of content consumption and building. The whole point is to invest time now to build AI systems that hand you back 5-10 hours a week.
When are the live calls?+
The cohort runs August 24 through October 16, with a live call every Tuesday at 9-10am CST during those 8 weeks. All calls are recorded and the replays go in your account, so you're covered if you can't make one live. Note that the dates and times may shift if a majority of the cohort needs different options, we'll move some and keep some as they are.
Are there any other costs?+
Yes. The Lab is about 80% built around Claude, so you'll want the paid Claude plan, which is $20/mo. If you also want to build custom GPTs, that's ChatGPT, which is its own subscription at $20/mo. If you run both tools, you're at $40/mo to save yourself 5-10 hours a week... that's a pretty sweet deal.
Will this make my business feel automated, or stop sounding like me?+
No! AI never touches your ideas, your voice, or your client relationships, because that's what your people pay for and it's what makes you YOU. I don't hand over my voice, my opinions, or my creative process, and I don't teach you to hand over yours either. That's what makes me different from most people teaching AI.
I already bought an AI course, how is this different?+
